These systems are designed for mains quality water as the water going through the unit must be of potable quality. Please contact us via the technical email and send a copy of your test analysis if you have a private supply (Well, Borehole, Spring etc.) before purchasing as there are factors that can prevent or damage the resin.

So how does it work?

The Technology
Each bead is covered in imperfections called media templates that attract minerals (Limescale, Carbonates) and combine them to form micro-crystals that slowly grow. They then break off and float freely through the system. These crystals make their way through the plumbing system without sticking to pipes, fixtures, valves or heating elements.

NeutrAcalC can be used where you want to stop scale forming and can be placed at point of use or point of entry.

Media does have a life span and this ranges from 1 year when used as point of Use and up to three years for Point of entry. Cost of replacement media does have to be taken into account
